How do I measure your correct nail size?

 

Place the tape measure horizontally on the widest part of your natural nail (use millimeters) and write down the number for each nail.

How do I apply to my nails?

NOTE:

1.100% Handmade – *All nails are custom handmade, please allow 2-5 business days for processing before shipping

2.Sometimes we get large orders, if your order is not shipped within 5 business days, we will send you another set of handmade nails for free.

Do you offer refunds?

Please measure your nails correctly first, all sales are final. Vivian’s Cabin does not accept returns or exchanges as all of our nail sets are custom made and are usually made to order. If there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us for help.

How long does it take to ship?

Orders will be completed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days. It takes about 7-15 days to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and 10-20 days to other countries.

How long do nails last?

It all depends on how well you prepare your natural nails before application, how rough your hands are, and the adhesive you choose. With nail patches, you can wear them for about 1 to 7 days. With nail glue, about 1 to 3 weeks.

Can your nails be reused?

Yes, all handmade press-on nails can be reused as long as you take good care of them when wearing and removing them. After soaking the nails in warm water, the glue on the back will become soft enough to be scraped off for next use. As for the gel patch, you can easily peel it off and prepare to reuse it.
