Do you offer refunds?

Please measure your nails correctly first. All sales are final. Vivian’s Cabin does not accept returns or exchanges, as all our nail sets are custom-made and typically made to order. If there are any quality issues with your order, please contact us for assistance.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Shipping to the US, Canada, the UK, and Australia takes approximately 7-15 days, while shipping to other countries takes 10-20 days.

How long do the nails last?

This depends entirely on how well you prepare your nails before applying them, how rough your hands are, and the adhesive you choose. With nail stickers, you can wear them for approximately 1 to 7 days. With nail gel, you can wear them for approximately 1 to 3 weeks.

Can your nails be reused?

Yes, all handmade press-on nails are reusable, as long as they are properly cared for during application and removal. Soaking your nails in warm water softens the glue on the back and allows you to scrape it off for your next application. For gel stickers, you can easily peel them off and reuse them.
